Exchange or Return of Goods

At Bahnasy Store, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience while safeguarding all your legal rights in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. We guarantee complete flexibility in exchanging or returning your purchases so you can always shop with absolute confidence.

General Terms & Conditions:

  • The 14-Day Window (Change of Mind): Customers have the right to exchange or return any product and receive a full refund within 14 days of delivery without stating any reason. This applies provided that the product is in its original, unaltered condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all original tags and accessories.
  • The 30-Day Window (Manufacturing Defects): Customers have the right to exchange or return a product and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery if the item has a manufacturing defect or does not match the advertised specifications. In this case, the customer will not bear any additional costs.
  • Proof of Purchase: Presentation of the original purchase invoice or delivery receipt is mandatory to process any exchange or return request.
  • Shipping & Handling Costs:
    • Bahnasy Store covers all shipping fees if the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by the store.
    • The customer covers the shipping fees if the return or exchange is due to a change of mind within the 14-day period.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (Cash on Delivery, credit/debit cards, or mobile wallets) after the returned product is inspected and its condition is verified.
  • Legal Exceptions: Returns or exchanges are not permitted if the original sealing of hygienic/sensitive goods is broken, if the product is damaged due to customer misuse, or if the item was custom-made to specifications requested by the customer.
